Jason Coyne - Associate

IT AND DIGITAL FORENSICS

Jason Coyne is an information technology and digital forensics expert with over 35 years of experience in the technology sector. He specialises in the collection and analysis of digital evidence in disputes regarding computer misuse, corporate malfeasance, intellectual property disputes and root cause of failure analysis. He has testified multiple times in the Technology and Construction Court, other High Courts, various criminal courts, and international arbitrations. Most notably, Jason served as an expert witness, instructed by Alan Bates, in the case against the Post Office’s with regard to the Horizon system. Jason has delivered evidence to Post Office Horizon and Grenfell Inquiries as well as providing evidence to SRA, the Pensions Regulator, and Data Commissioners globally.
